Welcome to Earncashback. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Earncashback platform, services, and affiliate programs ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. OVERVIEW

We provide users wtih the ability to share their own custom tracking link to new advertisers through us, offering them ad credits on their new accounts.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use Earncashback, you must:

  • Provide accurate business and payment information
  • Not violate TikTok's Terms of Service

3. ACCOUNT CREATION & OWNERSHIP

All TikTok ad accounts created through Earncashback are personal TikTok accounts fully owned and controlled by the user. Earncashback does not access or control your ad creative, billing info, or internal campaign data.

4. HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS

  • New Advertisers must create their TikTok ad account through the Earncashback referral link.
  • Once the ad account is active, TikTok automatically tracks all eligible ad spend.
  • Commission is calculated based on verified spend as reported by TikTok.
  • Spend validation, invoicing, and payment are handled exclusively through TikTok's affiliate systems. Earncashback does not control, alter, or expedite these timelines.

5. PAYOUT STRUCTURE

Cashback payouts follow TikTok's standard affiliate payment schedule:

  • Action Locking: Tracked ad spend is locked 15 days after the end of the month it occurs.
  • Invoicing: Locked actions are invoiced by TikTok on the 17th of the following month.
  • Payout Scheduling: Once invoiced, approved transactions are paid 30 days after the invoice date.
IMPORTANT

Earncashback does not issue payments directly. All commission is processed and approved by TikTok through their affiliate backend. Any delays, denials, or adjustments are managed solely by TikTok and are outside the control of Earncashback.

6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS & POLICY VIOLATIONS

If TikTok suspends, disables, or permanently bans your ad account for any reason, your eligibility for cashback is immediately voided. Earncashback has no ability to override TikTok's enforcement actions or recover any forfeited earnings. TikTok has final authority over account status and cashback eligibility.

7. PAYOUT ELIGIBILITY

  • You must remain in good standing with both TikTok and Earncashback.
  • Fraudulent, inactive, or non-compliant accounts may result in denied or withheld payouts.
  • Minimum payout thresholds may apply as required by TikTok or their payment processors.

8. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

  • Abuse the program with fake or duplicate accounts
  • Use TikTok Ads for illegal or restricted purposes
  • Attempt to bypass or manipulate tracking systems

9. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

We reserve the right to update, suspend, or terminate any part of the Services at any time, including rates or eligibility requirements.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

11. DISCLAIMER

Earncashback does not guarantee specific earnings, campaign results, or payment timelines. You use the platform at your own risk and accept all platform and payout terms as determined by TikTok.
